Jim was our project manager, and even though the house was nearly completed when we purchased it, Jim was very helpful in answering any and all questions. We had an issue with the concrete driveway that ended up not being repairable, and Couto Homes agreed to replace the entire driveway. We built 2 years ago and most of the planning and build were done remotely as we lived in Washington. Ross was our supervisor on our build and he’s the best! He kept us updated without having to ask, pictures of our progress and immediately would respond if we had questions.
